what is the purpose of having a mailbox if you don't have an enabled recipient?

The mailbox is not disabled, the user is.. so the mailbox receives incoming
mail.... we have other user ID's that are disabled and the synchronization
occurs with no problem... Thanks

Why is the mailbox disabled? Isn't this why your having problems syncronizing?

SP3. The description says:Exchange could not synchronize the information for

code: 0x80070005). I have searched MS, and www.eventid.net doesn't know either.
The mailbox owner is a disabled account, however, none of the other disabled
accounts respond in this way. Thanks for your help....
