Why is the mailbox disabled? Isn't this why your having problems syncronizing? Linda Wilson <lwilson@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi all,I am unable to find any information regarding Event ID 9583 and MSExchangeIS Mailbox.. we have 4 Exchange 2K servers w/SP3 running on Win2K, SP3. The description says:Exchange could not synchronize the information for mailbox xxxx (mailbox store: xxxx) with the information in the directory (error code: 0x80070005). I have searched MS, and www.eventid.net doesn't know either. The mailbox owner is a disabled account, however, none of the other disabled accounts respond in this way. Thanks for your help....
