tool to extract email addresses

Hi All,
I have NT 4.0, with Exchange 5.5.
Do any of you know of a tool (or a way) that will
allow me to extract email addresse and corresponding
names from Exchange groups/distrubution lists?
As it is now, I have to copy and paste every name
seperately from the email, and then copy and paste
the email addresses. It takes hours for just one list.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks, J
