8 megs seems waaaaaaaaay too small. There isn't much of a difference
between 8 megs and 10 megs in terms of triggering a warning and shutting
their mailbox down, one email with an attachment can easily push the end
user over the 10 meg limit.

Subject: [exchangelist] system issue a warning message and inbox seems
to be in hang state

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I applied mailbox policy as
> Issue warning at [Kb] 8000
> Prohibit send at [Kb] 9000
> Prohibit send and receive at [10000]
When user reach at 8000 Kb system issue a warning message and inbox seems
to be in hang state user can not delete or access the mails pl. suggest
