I have deleted and recreated new offline address book and assigned it the default global address list and ran rebuild. The rebuild failed. I have ran Exchange Best Practices and found no problems. I have tried all Microsoft Tids on this matter and no help. I do not have or cannot find any orphaned Templates. Anyone have any Ideas.
