switch Identity

Hi,
Iam anew exchange server200 admin.Pls can u help me with this scenario:
If i creat auser on a PC & creat the same user on another PC (his PC has
problem)to switch identity.However, he could not see his previous mails on
the PC where the identity is switched.He can only see the messages he
send/receive on the machine.How do i match the mails?.Also, Can
exchange2000server be used just like internet email whereby you can check
uyour email from any PC (with Outlook express).
