Found this article on MS 
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3ben-us%3b247024 It talks 
about sleep.exe being a command included with the Win98 Resource kit. Have to 
search a bit more to see if it's included and /or supported under Win2k / Win2K 
resource kit.

How do you delay a command in a batch file for a set amount of time. 
Such as 10 or 20 seconds.
