some client can receive but cannot send e-mails

Hi

i got a problem about my exchange clients.

Some clients Can send and receive e-mails.some clients can receive
e-mail but can not send.they all have same configurations. 16 clients
working with exchange 2003 well  but 4 client cant.how can this be.what
is the problem?
