If I recall correctly, I think someone had mentioned windows firewall
issue long time ago. What client are these users on? Have you tried
creating the profile on different machines\clients?

I have some users that it takes sometimes 20 minutes to
find the Exchange server I can ping the server. I have downloaded the
outlook 2003 latest patches. yet my rpc over http hangs on trying
to connect on a few clients. However on most it connects with no issues.
I also have removed firewalls disabled AV to no avail. Any suggestions
would be appreciated
