The profile can be setup automatically with a profile creation tool and
login script.
Google "richprofile".

We use Exchange 2000, office XP or office 2003. I normally need the user
log on to the computer first, then I setup outlook profile for him. Is
there a way that I can setup outlook profile for him even before he logs on?
