I'm always monitoring queues: it is always ok (apparently) 

No special events on my system/app cluster logs

I'm running TrendMicro ScanMail for Exchange, with all MS recommendations
about its configuration (after an audit).

Check your queues, see which queue it is being held in, could be a number of
reasons, possible issues with dsaccess, AV etc. Can you post some errors
you're getting in the event log?

Hi everybody,

                I'm facing a big problem: some emails, not all, take too
much time (15 days) before being delivered to the recipient.

                I'm using Exchange 2000 EE on windows 2000 AS.

Any help is welcomed
