securing exchange owa

Group, 
 
 I would like to use SSL with Exchange 2000 OWA. I have a stand alone
Root CA on my domain and, people can request a Key via web interface. 
I can not seem to get a certificate from the CA to the Exchange IIS and
install it. 
Does anyone have some experience with this issue.
