Hi Achmad,
 
(1) Set up network connection between branch and head offie (least line or
ISA VPN)
(2) Configure your Active Directory right (i would propably implement a
second DC at branch)
(3) Configure your Exchange 2000 servers to be in the same organization
(different site / same site as preferred), set up connectors
(4) Once your DCs and Exchange servers can contact each other, the servers
will know where to route mails to ;-))

MY head office have server : domain jakarta.co.id
A. ISA server windows 2000 server
B. DC server
C. Exchange 2000 server
 
I planning build brach office with server :
A. ISA server windows 2000 server
B. Exchange 2000 server
 
How to  exchange can replicate so that head office and branch office have
same domain ( jakarta.co.id ). Step by step configure.
