If you have made backups of your Exchange server and OS and have tested
the backups to make sure they work 110% why not just rebuild the box if
you are not able to get ASR working?

Subject: [exchangelist] repair on Exch Server

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I am trying to do a Windows 2003 SE, repair on Exch server. The hardware
I
am having is HP DL380 G4.

Inserted original windows 2003 CD, hit enter - F8 and then R to repair.
The
repair process refreezes when installing devices it goes on to say setup

will complete in aprox 34 minutes... but stands there for ever.

I can only do the clean install only if there are no other avenues,

Please help?

Sibbs
