This shows up in the GAL in this format? Did you verify the display name
in AD? What I would do is ldifde this account out and run through all
the attributes to see if any references of her old name is still
configured somewhere.

Here is the scenario. User1 has a mailbox and when user2 comes to the
job replacing her, all I did was renaming the active directory account
so automatically she can login with same permission. Now the problem is
when people send email in outlook, the cached name shows user2 ( user1).
I tried deleting the cache file and recreating a new one with no luck.
Old name is stuck somewhere in account.

Anyone knows how to remove it?
