refresh routing group information

Hello all!!
Well, i've migrated an old Exchange 5.5 server into an Exchange 2000.
However, while the migration was running, we lost our link with one of
our units... now I've got a bunch of outdated info on the other exchange
2000 server, and I'd need to refresh this at the other end.
What do I have to do? Only one server thinks this server here it's still
a 5.5.
