Once this key is added to the registry on the exchange server to what
extent am I able to use it? If I open a user's folder via Outlook I can
only see his/her inbox and recover deleted items from the inbox. How do
I get access to all of their other folders?

Subject: [exchangelist] recovering deleted items
Isn't there a way that I, an admin, can recover deleted items from users
mailboxes without the user knowing it? I seem to recall there being a
file that's located on the exchange cd that allows you to do something
like this. Can someone help me out here? What steps do I take to ensure
deleted mail is recoverable? I know about dumpsteralways on but I'd like
to be able to open a users email and recover deleted items.
