[ExchangeList] question

 
i have added a new exchange 2003 server in our exchange 2000 site with
no error during the install but when i move a mailbox from exch2k to
exch2k3 the user never gets any emails from any user that is in exch2k
server or outside ( internet)  has any body seen this problem thanks
