RE: push old email to client storage on exchange 2000

I think you should  remove the server and give them all hotmail
accounts. ...or set a policy  in place on the server to remove mail
after a certain amount of time.

i posted earlier and it never made the list. i have sales staff that
keep emails, attachments and such for their clients over years. this
results in an incredible amount of server storage. i want to push the
old stuff down to the clients like we did in the old days, but cannot
find how to do this with exch. 2k. can you help?
