Explain to me how you were able to get Outlook logged into the exchange server through the Internet. I have tried this several times. Not using VPN or Citrix (wish we had Citrix this would all be a mute point but old money bags can't see the light at the end of the tunnel)

I won't support software VPN's either. If it doesn't run on Citrix then I install a hardware firewall.

I thought you said you were using Exchange 2k? Exchange 2k does support public folders in web access but 5.5 does not.
