public folders

Hi all, I have been asked to create a repository for all 60 employees in
exchange to save their files to. This folder should allow a person to save a
file into but not see what else is in there. It has to have the following name
standard "firstname.lastname.date" Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks in
advance.
I am using exchange 2000 running on Win 2000 advanced server.
