Santosh,
Have you checked the permissions in the Public folder. Does the user in
the second site have permissions to view this PF?
If the PF is replicated to the destination, but not visible in Outlook,
it is most likely a permissions issue.

Hi
I have a problem accessing a replicated public folder from the
outlook
The replicated public folder is visible in the exchange
administration window but not visible in the outlook client
This master public folder is available to the outlook users who
belong to the site where it resides but not to the site where it is
replicated Any help or suggestion appreciated
Regards
