First KB article is for Outlook XP, we are running Outlook 2003. The second
on looks more interesting, I'll try it on my test machine here, I had some
suspicions about malformed or corrupted messages. This might explain why the
problem occurs when I pop from the remote users account, but not when popping
from my account, will try the registry edit and report back.
