RE: problem to cerate a new mailbox

2 things spring to mind immediately

Recipient update service - is it running and is the policy correct

Mailboxes are only created when an email is sent to the mailbox - try
that first
I'm sure there are other ways the mailbox is created but can't remember
exactly how!

Dear Sir,
After we migrations form 2000 to 2003 Exchange SRV in new HW, the
migration done perfect.
But now we face problem that when we create new account for new user the
creations is done and user can log in in domain,but when we create
mailbox for him is not creating and no error appear in event viewer, and
in system manager for exchange in first group ,in mailbox the mail box
that creating new not there.
And in properties for this account the mail address  is not therer.
