[ExchangeList] problem getting emails

-------------------------------------------------------Hi all,
I've a strange behaviour with Exchange 2K3 SP2: in the tracking
center, i can track emails and see that they get to the mailbox as
soon as they get to my frontend server >> backend server (in seconds).
problem is some users are reporting delay in getting emails: all users
are using POP access to FE POP gate. they get emails after ~12 or 15
hours .
any idea?
