-------------------------------------------------------Have you tried using 
pfdavadmin instead? You are just trying to
propagate replication of your Public folders correct? If you're also
using Exchange sp2 you can propagate the replica down all sub folders.

to migrate all the public folders and their contents from the 
old exchange (ex2k3) server to the new one (ex2k3). After lots of
reading 
pfmigrate seemed to be the best choice since it can rehome all the
content to 
the new server.

I basically run this command as per the mskb and msexchange.org (using
the 
latest version of exdeploy tools from the ms website).

PFMIGRATE.WSF /S:SourceServer /T:DestinationServer /A /N:100

And end up with this error popping up

The token supplied to the function is invalid

ID no: 80090308
Microsoft Exchange Management

There is nothing in the event logs on the target server where I am
running 
this.

Googling hasn't come up with an answer so far, suggestions?
