Assuming it works OK from inside the firewall.
Do you need to use IP Forwarding to direcct the HTTP request to the
correct host?
Have you tried it with numerous ID's rather than just one?
Is the user enabled for OWA?

For HTTP open port 80 and if you are working with SSL you should open
port 443.

dear guys,
i've setup kerio winroute firewall. and the traffic policy is already
set, and everything running good and smoothly. but i have one problem
while trying access my email using owa from internet (outside of my
lan). it won't open my email. and trying telnet from outside, could
not logon.
can
anyone help me with this matter ? also, i can't recv my hotpop email
from my lan. pop3 and smtp already open and running well.
