Are you using ISA? I remember a hot-fix about that...I think it was
included in the last post-sp3 rollup though...

Subject: [ExchangeList] owa issue
I have a sporadic issue with some users with OWA.
When a user clicks on a private contact thru OWA and clicks on "send
mail to contact", the email form pop ups but the To: field is never
populated with the address.
This is only happing to some users.
The clients are mixed win2k and XP.
OWA is running on an Exchange 2k FE.
This issue occurs when accessing OWA internally and externally.
Any ideas?
