Subject: [exchangelist] outlook issue

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I have an outlook 2000 issue where a user only recieves mail when he
clicks on a folder(like inbox or sent items).
if he doesn't click, he doesn't receive mail .
also mail hangs in the out box as well unless he clicks.
his profile has only been used on his desktop. it has not been opened
using another verison of outlook nor does he have any pst's.
dns and network connectivity is fine.

thanks
