Look for outlook.txt file in your client. This file contains all holidays.
Looks like your file is not having data upto 2005.

Subject: [exchangelist] RE: outlook holidays
http://www.MSExchange.org/
Our company is running E2K sp/2 with w2k sp2, the clients I'm having problems
with is win98se w/ outlook 2000 mapi client.
Basically what is happening is when I "Add holidays", it adds the correct
holidays to the calendar, however they only show until 2002. If I go to 2003,
say December 25 - I have no Christmas holiday. On my station it
works(XP/OL2002), the only difference I can find is that on my station when I
go in Outlook to "view, current view, events", the Holidays start at
2001-2005. But on the 98 box, the "view, current view, events" shows the years
1998-2002. How does one change this behavior, and why is it different?
I need to see holidays at least until 2004.
Thanks in advance.
