outlook cannot send attachments to a spesific person !

Hi All,

        One of our users cannot send attachments to a spesific person.
Actually, he sends the attachment but the other side just receive texts but
not attachments. He can send attachments normally to other people except
this person. His OS is Win 2K and using Outlook 2000. The other side is
using Windows XP. 

        I tried and I could also send the attachments?. What can I do?

        Any idea?
