That is the behavior that should be expected. The cache is exactly that
... cache. As soon as you delete the nk2 file it rebuilds from scratch
by what is entered. Am I missing something?

The behavior I am seeing is that the user has to type the email in again
completely (1 tme) before the email gets added to the cache.
Is there any way to "force" the cache update?

Outlook will automatically re-create a new one. If you for some reason
wanted the old one back, you should back it up before you delete it.

i remember only that by deleting the file, all the cache entries are
deleted.
