That sounds like the cache is operating 100% normally.
If you want to remove individual entries, all you need to to is delete
them from the list that the cache generates when you start typing an
address....

The behavior I am seeing is that the user has to type the email in again
completely (1 tme) before the email gets added to the cache.
Is there any way to "force" the cache update?

Outlook will automatically re-create a new one. If you for some reason
wanted the old one back, you should back it up before you delete it.

can anyone tell me the exact file name which clears the Outlook 2003
cache...like To or CC fields.
i remember only that by deleting the file, all the cache entries are
deleted.
