Thanks,

The behavior I am seeing is that the user has to type the email in again
completely (1 tme) before the email gets added to the cache.

Is there any way to "force" the cache update?

Gabriel

Outlook will automatically re-create a new one. If you for some reason
wanted the old one back, you should back it up before you delete it.

If we need to re-create the nk2 file- is there a procedure?
