Charles,
Thanks for all your help...Actually, it's my fault..the third option is
there...i just didn't look hard enough.
I'm new to SysPol. Once I create the Policy, how do I make it so that a
certain group in the domain gets that policy? Where about in Group
Policy for the domain do I import the file?

nope not sure whats wrong. however i have uploaded the outlook10
template that i used at

so you might want to do a file compare between this and your one. doing
a text search for one of the three options shows the place where the
three options are in my version.
