Hi Chris

If you want to suppress read recipients this can be done at the server
level, here is a link that might help:

Hello all,

I've noticed that users w/ Outlook 2000 does not have to ability to
change their settings so that they never send a read receipt even if
it's requested in an Exchange 2000 environment. However, users w/
Outlook 2002 are given that option to never send a read receipt. Is
there a way to over-ride their settings...ie, in Group Policy so that if
they're using Outlook 2002 and I request a read receipt from them, it
will over-ride their settings....thanks.
