Hi Luke, On first glimpse, it appears the user has some problem reading the Free/Busy data from the server. What version of Outlook is running in each client where you tried. When you see the hashed lines, does it mean, the user creates a meeting from PC 1, and invites a User A for meeting, and does not see the Free/Busy data for User A, and the user logs on to PC 2 and invites the same User A for a meeting and can see the FB data ? Please give more specific information to help answer your question.
