110% of free space? how is that possible? it's a 110gb drive with 92gb free. 
The problem is that the information store has reached it's 16gb limit. this 
company is running exchange 2000 standard

Depends on your Hardware.  We had a 27 gig Priv DB and it took about 2.5
hours to run.  You do need 110% of free space on that drive in order to run
a defrag however.

how long does it take to run against a 16 gb information store? I am full up

I hope that helps, I don't have IM enabled, but we don't use messenger
at all.

Hi ,
We are using Exchange 2000 Enterprise Edition. We have also enabled the
option of IM. The problem which i am facing is that when we install the
Windows Messenger v5.0 at client end,the user is able to login to
hotmail
using that messenger.

We want to prevent the users from connecting to hotmail messenger from
that same messenger. Can someone please help
