nothing shows up in the inbox of the smartphone

 Hi

   I am using ActiveSync with exchange 2003 server from smartphone 
MPx220(version 2003). Sync is fine and show 4 items get it,  but in the inbox, 
nothing is in the list. I check date and time are correct in the exchange 
server and smartphone,  Please help.
