No it is not a contact or a calendar item.  It is something that the
exchange uses to identify your mailbox, infact if you open other
mailboxes from the M drive in the exchange machine you could find
several items in all the mailboxes.

Try accessing the account with normal Outlook.  Maybe that extra record
is a contact or a calendar item.
