my server is rejecting relaying

Group,
I was just notified of a problem here. If someone gets a email and then
decides to share it with users in my network the Exchange server rejects it
stating that it does not support relaying.
I can not forward email to any users on my Exchange server because it will be
bounced like it is relaying.
Can anyone help.
