ms outlook can't access to user mailbox in ex2k server

Dear guys,
I'm using ex2k sp4, and I created users in aduc, and all is ok. Today
I need to create a new user, so I create it. Then I try to setup ms
outlook to test the account.
When entering servername and username, then check the username, I got
this error :
"the name could not be matched to a name in the address list"
and the setup can't continue. Then I try to login using that account to
domain (ad) and it works. Only can't access the mailbox. why I got
this error and anyone have any idea how to solve this problem ?
