Did you try from another client? Try authenticating over Telnet, so we
can at least exclude it being a client issue if it passes. If you're not
familiar with pop commands:

Dear guys
 i cant connect my microsoft office outlook neither locally or
outside,but i did succeed to telnet from inside and and outside and i
also succeeded to connect through OWA .
my error message that i receive from the outlook is at the sending
e-mail test it always fail ,and also log onto incoming mail server pop3
also failed.
 
the first 3 steps passes successfully 
establishing
find outgoing smtp
find outgoing pop3
 
what can i check up or missconfigured
