Thanks Mike! I upgraded to Exchange 2003 SP1. So how long will it take
to update?

Because not everything updates immediately.

The schedule for updating mailbox properties runs in about a 2 hour
cycle by default. If you upgrade to 2003 sp1, this can be changed.

Recipient Policies are updated during mailbox maintenance, which I
believe is midnight to 4 am by default. You can force this (right click
on the policy and see your options).

Subject: [exchangelist] message limit

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Why is it that when I changed the default sending and receiving message
limit to "no limit", I couldn't still send and receive mails with large
attachments?

Also, why is it that when I added an entry to the "Recepient Policies",
it took a day before it finally reflects on my address book?

My network is running in 1 tree and 1 forest only so I don't see any
reason for the changes I made to take ages before taking effect.

Please help me.
