Following things.

1. If the user is sending the meeting request to a Distribution List.
2. If yes then send the meeting request to all the members of that
Distibution list individually and check from where you get the NDR.
3.in the outlook check if the user has any Delegates and check if the
user name mentioned in the NDR is present.
4. If no delegates are present then check if the "Send meeting Request
to the Delegates" box is checked. (This will be grayed out).
5. Add any user as a delegate and then uncheck the Box.
6. Remove the Delegate this should remove the Rule that is created in
the inbox of the user. This rule is hidden and can bee seen using Raw
Outlook Clients like MfcMapi.


Let me know if this works.
