Not to be an ass, but I'm getting a little tired of these totally open
ended questions with no other information other than the problem and
'tell me what the problem is'

Perhaps it would be helpful if people followed the following criteria
when posting questions:
1) Define what your problem is
2) Explain where you think the issue may lie - if you really have
no idea, please state this
3) Explain what you have tried or researched thus far so people
have a better understanding of where you are coming from and where to
lead you. Even if you have no idea what the issue is, surely you have
at least researched or at least looked at logs or something....state
this.
4) If you have defined what the problem is and refuse to do any
research on the matter in any form - don't post to the list - and it
might be a good idea to change your title away from administrator or
engineer or whatever.

Again, you will have to excuse me if I came off as an ass - but not
including any information at all is extremely frustrating even for the
novice exchange users like myself. Yes I'm certified though not on the
knowledge level of John, Mark or MJ - but I would still like to try and
help.

Thanks.
Devin

Might be the XP SP2 Firewall issue again- make sure Outlook is added to
the Exceptions list in the firewall... An end-user calls "late"
something entirely different from what an admin might...
