we have a problem, when a user needs their mail forwarding to an external account, we have created the contact, set the forwarding and everything looks right and it works internally, however, when somebody from outside the company tries to mail the person, the mail just sits in the SMTP q. get this right, when you enumerate the message it shows that NO attempts have been made to send the mail, so it just times out and disappears, no NDR either. is this a relay issue or what please please will someone help me!
