Subject: [exchangelist] looping message or not ? - - Help !

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Strange problem encountered

We have exchange 5.5 and mailsweeper gateway, using outlook2000, a user is
sending a message to anumber of internet addresses by clicking only once.
They then receive the message below back and some users say teh receive
the message more then 10 times.

---
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, because the message
was forwarded more than the maximum allowed times. This could indicate a
mail loop.

Final-Recipient: rfc822;emailaddress@xxxxxxxx
Action: failed
Status: 4.4.6
---

I have checked the IMC queues and cant see any old messages sitting there
and there are no issues with the mailsweeper server. This seems to happen
for only this one mailbox.

Any ideas ? :-(
