limiting perimeter for emails

Hi *.*

                I've an HVE 1.1 solution with Win 2k SP3 + Exchange 2k
latest with some hundreds of orgs.

                A customer is asking to limit sending and receiving email
just to his organisation, so his stuff can't send emails outside .

                Any help will be welcomed
