Hi Mike,

Thanks for the clear explanation!  Much appreciated.  I think that's all
my questions for now :-)  BTW if you have any good links on this topic
please send, I have not been able to find anything that explained this as
well as you did (the whole PST/OST/Server Mailbox thing).
